5. Payment Terms, Pricing, and Subscriptions

5.1 One-Time Enrollment Fee

You will be charged a one-time fee of $27 (USD) at checkout for initial access to the course and platform.

5.2 Ongoing Subscription Fees (Every Two Weeks)

After enrollment, you will be charged $29.95 (USD) every two (2) weeks unless you cancel. This recurring membership includes:

• Continued access to the platform and members area
• Customer support
• Credits toward proprietary and third-party software tools
• One (1) optional 30-minute consultation per month

5.3 Billing Authorization and Recurring Consent

By purchasing, you expressly authorize AI Angel Method to charge the payment method you provide for:

• The $27 one-time enrollment fee, and
• The $29.95 recurring fee billed every two (2) weeks, and
• Any optional upsells you affirmatively select at checkout

All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors, including Stripe. We do not store full payment card data.

5.4 Stripe Billing Descriptor

For transparency and dispute prevention, charges will appear on your bank or card statement as:

AI Empire Academy (or a substantially similar descriptor).

By purchasing, you acknowledge and recognize this descriptor.

5.5 Optional Upsells

From time to time, optional additional products or services may be offered during checkout. Upsells are:

• Clearly disclosed prior to purchase
• Not required to access the core program
• Only charged if you affirmatively select them

6. Refund Policy (Clear & Processor-Friendly)

6.1 24-Hour Guaranteed Refund (Enrollment Fee Only)

You may request a guaranteed refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. This guaranteed refund applies to the $27 one-time enrollment fee only.

6.2 48-Hour Refund Window (Case-by-Case)

Refund requests may be submitted up to 48 hours from initial purchase. Requests submitted after 24 hours but within 48 hours are reviewed at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 Subscription Fees

Subscription charges are non-refundable once billed. You are responsible for canceling before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

By purchasing, you agree to contact our 24/7 customer support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Many issues can be resolved quickly through support.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of account access
• Loss of access to digital products and services
• Ineligibility for future purchases

To protect both parties and to help prevent fraud, we maintain transaction records including billing descriptors, timestamps, IP address/device logs, and access records.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through the Service—including course videos, written materials, branding, and downloadable resources—are owned by or licensed to AI Angel Method and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

9.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:
